The CHANGAN NEVO Q05 made its European debut at the 2026 Paris Motor Show. The expansion of Changan's European product range is part of a broader strategy that combines the launch of new models with the continuous development of local capabilities in design, engineering, and customer service. Changan opened its European design center in Turin, Italy, in 2001, and subsequently developed its regional research and engineering capabilities, including the establishment of an R&D center in Birmingham, UK. For more than two decades, the company has consistently strengthened its presence in Europe in the areas of design, engineering, and customer service.
Guided by its "In Europe, for Europe" strategy, Changan is developing an ecosystem tailored to the local context, encompassing research and development, services, human resources, and future production opportunities. The company is also strengthening its after-sales service offering through spare parts centers located in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, as well as technical support, customer service, and engineering training.
In Europe, the CHANGAN DEEPAL S05 and S07 models are already available as 100% electric vehicles (BEVs), and the left-hand drive S05 PHEV is now joining the lineup. The S07 PHEV will be launched in major European markets later this year. The NEVO Q05 is expected to be available in Spain and Italy by the first quarter of 2027. The CHANGAN brand and its DEEPAL and NEVO ranges, along with AVATR, comprise Changan Automobile's brand and product portfolio in Europe.
