Toyota Reinterprets Crown Signia as a GT-S Performance Concept.

A vehicle with space for family, friends and luggage that looks like home running through canyon roads. That’s the idea behind the Toyota Crown Signia GT-S Concept presented at the SEMA 2026 show.

Toyota reinterprets Crown Signia

Built by Toyota Motorsports Garage, the project reinterprets the Toyota Crown Signia 2026 as an elegant high-tour vehicle that combines everyday space and comfort with the attitude and driving feel of a true sports car.

Designed to reinterpret the model in a new light, the Toyota Crown Signia GT-S Concept has a subtle appearance at first glance, with clean body lines and low SUV ratios, but then reveals its true intent with an aggressive posture and a set of wheels and tires designed specifically for it.

Its elongated roof line is complemented by fully integrated wide mudguards, redesigned headlight contours with red details, a revised rear treatment and a sporty aerodynamic package. Together, these elements transform the vehicle’s proportions, while retaining the elegance of the original Crown Signia design.

Finished in a dark grey metallic paint with a custom blend with added bright particles and layers of transparent varnish, this concept balances sophistication with a performance-inspired presence. The custom exhaust system incorporates trapezoidal outlets integrated into the rear aerodynamic package, which gives the vehicle an expressive character and typical of a grand tour. Inside, the cabin continues with the sports theme, with very sporty front seats adorned with red details.

Below, the Crown Signia GT-S Concept has custom and unique MCS® adjustable shock absorbers, making it nearly five inches lower than the standard version for a car posture glued to the road. The Lexus RX 500h F SPORT’s huge front and rear brake calipers reinforce the prototype’s performance intent, while the specially designed, specially-designed 21-inch HRE® wheels with 295 mm wide tires provide approximately 20 percent more contact than the standard version.

In short, the Toyota Crown Signia GT-S prototype presents a touring version of the model, designed for drivers who know that a striking style and practicality can go hand in hand.

The vehicle shown is a special project prototype, modified with parts and/or accessories not available from Toyota that can void the vehicle warranty, negatively affect its performance and safety, and not be legal to drive on the public road.
